As I’ve touched on I’ve actually been in property a good few years now! My journey started in Dubai working with rental properties, and after spending a few years there I decided to come back to the sunny UK. When I came back I got straight back into property joining an estate agents, before then joining a property investment company, and after a small stint in London for a different estate agent, I’m back in Yorkshire! 

I’m working as a Sales Administrator, which often means you won’t deal with me directly – but behind the scenes I regularly work on booking enquiries, arranging viewings and taking offers as well as making brochures and setting up new property launches.

I personally think it’s my resilience when it comes to ensuring that I always help resolve a situation. I have a really bubbly attitude and I always want to help in anyway that I can. 

I think the proudest moment in the job as soppy as it sounds is when I get positive feedback. It really puts a smile on my face when I make customers happy!

It would have to be when I unfortunately have to give bad news – sometimes it doesn’t always work out, even when we try our best.
