Jess is our Sales Team Manager who oversees all things ‘The Property Selling Company’ — from buying to selling; Jess is our port of call! She is always on the ball and loves a good laugh.
She has flourished and progressed through our ranks from admin girl to the Sales Team Manager. Her role, as she puts it so gracefully, is to “keep the rowdy bunch in check!” — overlooking and keeping track of the entire team and ensuring you are looked after.
Scott is our Sales Team Leader who deals with the sales team and will ensure that the best customer service is upheld and that you are kept happy whether you are selling or buying with us.
Scott has over three years of experience in the property industry and worked his way up our ranks from Property Consultant to Sales Team Leader. You’ll find him at home with family or kicking a football when he’s not in the office.
Adam is our commercial manager, he signs off and oversees our contracts. Often working in the background, Adam may be involved in deciding upon your properties valuation.
His property knowledge is second to none, and he has been with the team for over 5 years now, working across several different roles in property. The team often look to him for the most complex property questions.
Jordan is our Property Buying Consultant who is constantly on the phone talking to vendors and potential buyers to find the perfect route to market and sell your property. Jordan has almost six years of experience working with us, and he will always keep in contact with you — he is always available to answer any questions.
Jordan is a devoted football fan, supporting Sheffield Wednesday. He loves going to the gym and spending time with his friends.
Yash is one of the team’s newer members, but he has over 10 years of experience in property. What started as a passion, has become a full-time career, and there isn’t much he hasn’t seen or done within his time! If you ever have a property question, then Yash will more than happily help assist you.
Outside of work, Yash is a big Leeds United fan and has been a season ticket holder since 2008, the 07/08 season, a year that fans of the club often want to forget!
Jess or Jess A as she’s often referred to is the glue that keeps everything together. Working behind the scenes Jess ensures that everything is organised correctly, from viewings to contracts – a vital part of ensuring a timely sale.
She has extensive knowledge of property, starting in Dubai and working with different estate agents before finally landing at The Property Selling Company. Outside of work her hobbies are predominately going to the gym and walking her dog, Ronnie.
Kim is our Sales Progression Manager who is responsible for the Progressions department. She looks after the completion process, chasing solicitors and aligning all the legal documentation to ensure the process stays as quick and hassle-free as possible for you.
Kim has a wealth of experience in business sales, working as a Consultant and Sales Progressor within an estate agency and has several years of experience working within a conveyancing firm. She loves to travel and is constantly looking for new places and experiences to visit!
Gemma is our Sales Progressor whose job is to liaise with solicitors, financial advisors, surveyors and clients once a sale has been agreed upon to ensure property sales make it through to completion.
She has worked in the property industry for around six years in sales and letting. Gemma loves long walks in nature with her two dogs, socialising with friends and family, and if the weather is nice — enjoys a good shoot too!
Nick is our Head of Valuations, who ensures that all the houses on our website are valued correctly, ensuring that when you buy or sell a home with us, you receive the correct information at all times.
He has a wealth of property knowledge and has been with us for a long time! You’ll find him acing the golf course when he’s not finding the best value on your property.
