How it began
A fairer, faster way to sell.
The Property Selling Company is part of The Property Buying Company Limited, founded in Wetherby to give homeowners a straighter, simpler way to move. We grew up watching too many sellers stuck with inflated fees, vanishing agents and chains falling apart on a Friday afternoon — and decided to build the opposite.
Today, we cover England and Wales with a network of local property experts, backed by a central marketing, valuations and sales progression team that doesn't switch off when the offer's in.
